Product Warranty
Mainland Custom Marble, Inc. expressly warrants all cultured
marble, cultured granite and Marlique products and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty
for Solid Surface, Granite, and Quartz products will be
underwritten and administered by Mainland Custom Marble,
Inc. within guidelines
set forth by the manufacturer of said products.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover or extend to any failure
or claimed defect in or caused by the following:
- Incorrect installation by others of plumbing fixtures
including excess tightening of drains.
- Installation or operation of product that does not
conform precisely to the instructions we provide with
the product.
- Accidents, Negligence or Abuse.
- Any repair performed by anyone other than Mainland
Custom Marble, Inc.
- Any product moved or relocated from original point
of installation.
- The separation or breakage of any silicone caulked
seam. It is recommended that homeowners routinely
inspect joints
for visible signs of separation or shrinkage.
- Any product that has not been paid for in full.
Warranty Service
Upon notification of a warranty claim, Mainland Custom Marble,
Inc. will at our earliest opportunity make an onsite inspection
of the problem and determine what action will be necessary
to reach resolution
